By accessing or using the SublimationGuys website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place orders. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Orders & payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. All prices are in the currency displayed and do not include applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders in case of such errors or suspected fraud.

Order confirmation does not guarantee availability; we will notify you if an item is out of stock or delayed.

Custom orders & designs

For custom sublimation and print orders:

• • You must own or have the right to use any designs, artwork, or content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• • We may reject or request changes to content that is offensive, illegal, or unsuitable for production.
• • Color and finish may vary slightly from screen to printed product due to materials and process.
• • By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely for producing and fulfilling your order.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping times and costs are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.

Returns & refunds

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not offer returns on personalized or custom-printed items unless they are defective or we made an error. For standard, non-custom items, please see our Returns policy (e.g. return within 30 days in original condition). Refunds will be processed in accordance with our stated policy and may take several business days.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code or content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SublimationGuys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we may notify you by email or a notice on the site.
